Returns Policy

Live arrival is guaranteed with overnight shipping only. All live fish are shipped in insulated and marked boxes. Once fish arrive from shipping they may be stressed and need time to acclimate to their new environment.

The DOA policy below only applies for overnight shipping. In the rare and unfortunate event that your fish arrives deceased please provide 2 clear pictures and 1 video of the fish in its original unsealed bag (additional pictures or videos may be requested). Pictures can be sent by either text at 9725519313 or by email to jolemaclama@gmail.com. Failure to comply with the above policy may result in no refund.

Once your claim is processed we will issue a partial refund for the value of the fish or we can send you a replacement if one is available (we will NOT cover the replacement shipping). Shipping cannot be refunded as we never receive any shipping payments only the shipping company does.

Once the fish has been released from the bag into your tank we are no longer responsible for their health as they are now in your care, and their well being will depend on your capabilities.
